Sebastian Hopp has 20 years of professional experience at corporations such as Bertelsmann, thyssenkrupp, RWE, and innogy. At innogy, he built and led the group-wide innovation program “innoyou” for about three years. He is an avid networker and a mentor at STARTUP TEENS, Techstars Energy, and Climate Hack, and he is the co-founder of the e-Combinator mentoring network, whose members include former board members of E.ON, RWE, innogy, and EnBW.
As Managing Director of Grubengold GmbH, he advises since 2021 mid-sized companies and large corporations on matters related to sustainable transformation.
