Ronja Ebeling is a journalist, author, and expert on the realities of life for Generation Z. In her non-fiction books #jungbesorgtabhängig and #workreloaded, as well as her podcast “HUNGRY MINDS – eine Generation, die fordert,” she explores societal challenges from the perspective of young people. She supports companies in attracting Generation Z employees, including through her TEAM OF TOMORROW e-learning courses, workshops, and keynotes. She also implements educational projects at schools and youth vocational training centers. Most recently, her career orientation podcast at a comprehensive school received an award from the Lower Rhine Chamber of Industry and Commerce (IHK).
