Nadir Wibmer leads the corporate Safety & Health function at Die Autobahn GmbH des Bundes, one of Germany’s largest infrastructure companies, employing approximately 15,000 people. His responsibilities encompass the strategic direction and corporate governance of occupational safety and health across the organization.

His work focuses on advancing effective management and governance systems and embedding safety and health into corporate leadership, organizational development and business decision-making. He combines regulatory requirements with strategic business objectives and a holistic approach to responsible leadership.
