Biography
Dr. Ludovica Principato is Associate Professor of Business Administration and Sustainability at Roma Tre University. With +100 scientific publication on food waste, sustainability and consumer health, she is an acknowledged global scientist and advisor on food loss and waste, sustainable consumption models and consumer health. She has been recognized as one of the World’s top three expert and authors on consumer food waste (Journal of Cleaner Production, 2018). She lived in Boston for two years where she had been a member of the Psychology of Eating and Consumer Health Lab at the Harvard School of Public Health and led a research project on healthy food consumption in collaboration with HSPH. She is Roma Tre University Delegate for the “University for Industry” Working Group at the Network of Universities for Sustainable Development (RUS-CRUI).
