After completing his Master’s degree in Occupational Health Management (OHM), Jannik Tillmann spent 4 years as Managing Director of Kieser Training Cologne before moving to mhplus Betriebskrankenkasse almost 4 years ago. Here he spent 2.5 years as a consultant for corporate clients in the field of corporate health management. For the past 1.5 years, he has been in charge of internal occupational health management for around 1,200 employees and has been a member of the General Staff Council since June 2024.
