Biography

Dr. Natalie Lotzmann is a business economist and physician specializing in occupational medicine, general medicine, and environmental medicine, as well as a business mediator and coach. As Global Vice President of People & Culture and Chief Medical Officer at SAP SE, she heads the Global Health, Safety & Well-Being team. From 2003 to 2011, she also established the Diversity Management department at SAP.
Today, her focus is on developing innovative programs that enable a healthy corporate culture and promote work-life balance, health, well-being, productivity, and innovation. She develops digital concepts that can be scaled globally and evaluated using innovative KPIs.
Her work has received numerous awards, including special prizes from the Great Place to Work Award “Health,” “Diversity” and “Equal Opportunities,” the “Diversity as Opportunity” Award, two MUWIT Continuing Education Awards for the innovative training programs “Encouraging Female Talent” and “Gender Differences in Business,” several Move Europe Awards, and, in 2022 and 2024, once again the Corporate Health Award and the EU-OSHA Healthy Workplaces Award.Dr. Lotzmann was a member of the board of the German Demographic Network (ddn) from 2009 to 2013 and was appointed Health Ambassador for the cross-legislative initiative New Quality of Work (INQA) at the Federal Ministry of Labor and Social Affairs from 2013 to 2019. She is chair of the network
“Unternehmen für Gesundheit” (Companies for Health) and has been a member of the supervisory board of the Central Institute for Mental Health in Mannheim since 2015.
