Dr. Claudia Häpp is a senior executive with more than 20 years of experience in energy, digital transformation and connected technologies. As Senior Vice President at E.ON Germany, she has been responsible for the strategy, P&L and scaling of the Home Energy Management business, enabling households to intelligently connect photovoltaics, battery storage, heat pumps and e-mobility. Previously, she helped shape E.ON’s customer portfolio and played a key role in developing BSH’s global Home Connect ecosystem. Claudia combines technological expertise – reflected in 22 granted patents – with a strong focus on customer-centric innovation, AI and sustainable business models. She serves on the board of HEA, the German association for efficient energy use, and is a passionate advocate for collaboration across industry, politics and society to accelerate the energy transition.
