Susanne Kölb-Adam has been with AFRY Deutschland GmbH since 2004 and works as an Occupational Health Manager. Since 2013, Occupational Health Management (OHM) has been established as a dedicated function reporting directly to the management team. Together with Techniker Krankenkasse, VBG and the OHM multipliers, she developed a multi-award-winning occupational health management program, most recently recognized with the Personalwirtschaftspreis 2025, the VBG_Next Award 2026, and the Wellbeing & Performance at Work Jury Award 2026. In addition, she coordinates occupational safety and return-to-work management (ORM). Since the end of 2025, she has also been part of a global HSEQ team, coordinating these topics at the European level.
