Dr Anna-Katharina Meyer is an expert in sustainability and leadership, author and Co-Founder of FindingSustainia. Her work explores how organisations can remain effective under growing pressure for change while building future capital: human energy, trust, strong relationships and natural foundations. At FindingSustainia, she works with organisations on organisational coherence, resilience and the stewardship of social capital, connecting leadership, mental health, AI and transformation. Together with Santa Meyer-Nandi, she co-authored the forthcoming book “Sustainia 2050”, to be published in January. Anna holds a PhD in Sustainable Accounting and Controlling and is a member of the German Chapter of the Club of Rome.
