From digitalization pioneer to biodiversity advocate: Rethinking business — for a live-serving future.

For over 30 years, I have been working at the intersection of innovation, strategy, and corporate management. Whether as the founder of Germany’s first e-commerce offerings, as a mentor at Axel Springer & Porsche Accelerator, or as the founder and managing director of be ventures Berlin GmbH – my motivation has always been to shape change.

Today, I dedicate this experience to one of the most pressing tasks of our time: the transformation to a regenerative agriculture and market economy in which economic activity does not consume ecological resources, but restores them.

My focus: Bees as seismographs of our future. As chair of the Aurelia Foundation, I see us as “advocates for bees.” Bees are the link in our ecosystem. Their survival ensures our development. Together with my team, I develop strategies to anchor the protection of pollinators in politics and society—because saving bees means saving the foundation of our civilization.

My mission: Scaling regenerative agriculture and business. I firmly believe that we are the masters of our own future. Through my roles at the United Sustainability Group and the Initiative Regenerative Marktwirtschaft e.V., I am working to channel private capital into infrastructural and bioecological projects. My goal is to establish business models that respect planetary boundaries while securing basic needs worldwide.
