Dr Meike Gebhard holds a PhD in Environmental Economics and has been the Managing Director of UTOPIA GmbH since 2008. Under her leadership, UTOPIA.de has grown into Germany’s leading media brand for sustainability. In 2023, she founded SAIM – Consulting by UTOPIA, a management consultancy dedicated to future viability. Since 2013, Dr Gebhard has been advising companies and brands at the intersection of sustainability strategy and communications. Her core expertise lies in B2C communication, drawing on insights from UTOPIA’s audience and data, as well as in supporting organizations with the effective implementation of green claims regulations.
