Prof. Dr. Holger Pfaff is the founder and owner of the Institute for Organisational Diagnostics and Social Research (IfOS) and has worked as a management consultant for more than 25 years. He advises medium-sized and large companies on scientifically grounded organisational diagnostics, corporate health management and the design of healthy, high-performing organisations. Pfaff is Professor Emeritus at the University of Cologne, Honorary Professor at Macquarie University in Sydney and Managing Director of the Cologne Center for Health Services Research.
