Alexander Kraemer is the founder of the sustainability people company, a boutique agency specialising in connecting organisations with sustainability experts and leaders. With more than a decade of experience in sustainability management, he brings companies and professionals together for interim roles, advisory mandates, permanent placements and board positions.

At the heart of the company lies a curated network of more than 10,000 sustainability professionals. Prior to founding the company, Alexander held senior positions in foundations, corporates and social enterprises, where he built award-winning sustainability programmes. Moreover he is co-founder of the Peer School for Sustainable Development – the leading membership organisation for sustainability professionals in Germany.

As a columnist for Haufe, host of the podcast Shifting Minds and a regular speaker at industry conferences, he actively shapes the conversation on future-proof sustainability management.
