Rupini is Director ESG and Sustainable Finance at evolutiq Impact Advisory, bringing 17 years of banking, capital markets, consulting and sustainable investing expertise across Europe, the US, and Asia. She supports financial institutions and institutional investors in pragmatically implementing ESG frameworks, stewardship, and sustainability analytics, with a focus on AI-driven investment decisions. She previously led the ESG Office at Berenberg Wealth and Asset Management, where she was responsible for ESG policy, strategy, product development, and innovation, while establishing their proxy voting and stewardship frameworks. Prior to this, she was a Junior Professor of Business Administration focusing on Social Investment at the University of Hamburg. Rupini holds a PhD in Finance from the University of Reading, a Master´s in Finance and Management from the University of St. Andrews and serves on Germany’s DVFA Sustainability Commission and the DSRC Sustainability Reporting Technical Committee.
