Biography

Daniela Kluckert is the Parliamentary State Secretary to the Federal Minister for Digital and Transport. She mainly covers the issues of digital infrastructure, digital society, e-mobility, mobility 4.0 and the maritime industry. She has also been named the ministry’s first Commissioner for Charging Infrastructure. Kluckert has been a member of the German Federal Parliament since 2017, representing the Berlin-Pankow constituency for the FDP, Germany’s liberal party. An economist by training, she served as the Vice Chair of the German Federal Parliament’s Committee on Transport and as a member of the Enquete Commission on Artificial Intelligence in the 19th legislative session. In March 2018, she was elected as her party’s deputy chair for the state of Berlin, and in May 2021, she was elected as a member of the FDP’s federal executive committee. Kluckert is married and has two kids.
